Just spray paint it. For aluminum babe bee use a black stand. Black widow silver stand etc.

The good thing about a stand like that is it puts focus on the engine and not the stand.

I made a jig for making them. Just took some time to straighten them out.

A suggestion: one way to make nice sharp angles it to use "Z" bend pliers.

I like you idea and will built some before you get a patent. Very Happy Looks like salvaged 12 guage copper wire scraps would be perfect to make them.

Wire stands I made a few years ago to display my TD engines like the TD .051 above. I also made some for my Bee engines but decided not to ever use them.
