Try Steve Adams @ www.selecthobbies.com in Santa Cruz, CA for $50.
They're new "raw stock" engines meaning they are not boxed as a NIB. Seems Cox ran out of containers prior to the end of the production run. The engines come with instructions and the correct .020 wrench.
I have one and am very pleased with it.
