I've seen some of the posts concerning types of handles and what to use. All of the members contributions makes a lot of sense especially when it comes to using the old Cox handles. I have them, use them but have been really cautious in the past few years. It seems the type of plastics used on SOME of the Cox handles are just too brittle to use anymore. Currently, on Ebay a fellow is making a very good handle which I've been using for almost 6 years now.

Here is the link: http://www.ebay.com/sch/pewterpig/m.html?item=150822418276&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&rt=nc&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649&_trksid=p4340.l2562 I use this for 1/2A combat and the handle spacing is not too bad for 1/2A use. Even though it states 2.5", this is where the cable actually exits the handle but the line spacing is closer than 2.5

I know of other flyers using this style handle for larger models as well and I see he lists different line spacings for larger models. I've only used the 1/2 A version. The handle must be adjusted with a screwdriver which would probably the only downside to most flyers. Ken
