It's very possible.
However, it takes time. If you want to restore that Pee Wee it's going to take some effort.
Many methods to be found on the forum using a search. Most (if not all) are very effective.
Your Pee Wee is very corroded so it will take some light wet sanding to get back to base metal where you can polish. I use Mothers, but there are numerous aluminum polishes available.
The backplate may come around with Brasso, but if the plating is worn away, then you can't do much about it.
Cylinders can be re-blued and head can be chucked in a drill and sanded clean. Fins can be straightened, but will never be as new again.
In short, do a search and find what will work best for you with the tools you have available.

I use a product a machinist freind told me about called never dull it comes in a small tin and inside is cotton batton with the product on it you take a peice simply buff it up.Then I use the dremel and use small buffing tool it will shine like a fine swiss watch. Note I only use on outside of engine incase the product residue mixes with fuel and ruins engine you never know! The engines when they came new from factory were not shiny shiny this would be your own decision I like the highly shined up look myself. Im a canadian and bought the product never dull from canadian tire store for ten dollars and will last for hundreds of engines in united states local hardware store perhaps good luck craig

Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish works fantastic. Wright's copper cream works great on Cox radial mount back plates.
