I got to see Jim's F2G fly at the Southwest Regionals and it's a great flying model and he is getting it trimmed out and gaining more experience flying the event which isn't easy. He's got me looking forward to trying my hand at Carrier.

I have a lot of interest in carrier. I'm glad that Jim is building/competing. All of his aero-modelling projects have been ambitious.. as well as informative.

I can't believe no one else has mentioned the picture of this plane in the most recent issue of Model Aviation on page 120.  Congratulations, Jim!

I saw that, it was really cool. My wife took a pic and sent it to her mom.

Eric, there was no article. It was among a few other photos in the Navy Carrier section of new planes at the southwest regionals last January.

Thanks for posting Mark!
