I took the prop off and measured the shaft its .156 round. Which is 5/32's. That's a weird size isn't it.. help me out again lol. And the beginning of the shaft has a hexagon piece that the propeller fits onto. The prop also has an insert for that hexagon piece. Trying to put a pic but wont let me. Please help

An advantage of an airboat is that it may be run on almost any damp surface including a wet lawn. In weedy water an underwater prop often gets fouled.

An airboat can skim right over things that would stop most types of other boats. Further, the nearly flat bottom of my airboat with no obstructions does very minimal damage, if any, to lilly pads and other floating vegitation.

BTW, I don't harass geese but I do respectfully"herd" them and only after the new goslings are capable of flight. They will usually "cluster" when "herded" until a gander takes flight then the whole cluster will rise and depart en mass for an adjacent lake to become someonelse's problem.

Yeah but then I wouldn't be able to retrieve my boat. Well I guess I could seeing as I only drive it when im out on the boat. Just wish I could find a prop for the bottom. I've never tried it with the prop off mabey I should test that first. It also steers from underneath too so I can't take that rudder off.

BTW, "throttled" my Cox Surestart with conversion from Bernie. It adapts quite easily actually.
