Jim,
I am trying to catch up on the new regs. for the next CEF Speed Contest & I would like to know if build up fuse will be allowed.

I am in the process of moving from Portland Or. to Somerset ,KY. and I can find only 1 club that is flying Control Line in the Lexington area which is a 2 hour drive from Somerset. Is anyone here flying in the area of Somerset Ky. or will I have to join the "Other Side"?

Thanks , RK Flyer  Flying

RK,
Good to hear from you! The contest is still for profiles but with liberal nacelles that extend up to 3 3/8" from the back of the crankcase. The elimination of landing gear on retractable gear planes and hand launching are the two other main changes.
Complete rules are here:

You are also welcome to fly the model you built for the first contest, I know myself and others would love to see it fly.
